The Glov is a really crazy-cool make-up remover glove. Just get it wet and remove makeup. Clean. hang up to dry and use again and again. Not exactly sure how it works but it really does. I’ve used it about 4-5 times now and removes all makeup. It is hypoallergenic and is okay for sensitive skin.
In The Kitchen
You might need a bigger stocking… Really for parents making school lunches but kids will enjoy them and can help. With FunBites LLC you simply make a sandwich and the then use the FunBites sort of like a cookie cutter to cute out shapes in the sandwich. These two are monsters and Minions. They also have squares, hearts, triangles and a new one, Paw Patrol. They are easy to use. Easy to clean and at a personal touch to all sandwiches.
Baking and cooking together is great for family time conversations. Having kits makes it a little easier. I remember trying to make homemade pretzels (in letter shapes) when my son was in preschool. They were rock hard and inedible. Having a kit, like these by Boardwalk Food Company makes it easier. We still have to mix them, make them and bake them. But there is no guessing on the ingredients. Since the kids have a few weeks off for winter break these are something fun to mix up the day too.
Ingredients needed prior to making pretzels:
- 6oz beer or carbonated beverage.
- 2 Tbs of baking soda.
- 4 Tbs of unsalted butter.

The silicone tray makes it easy to remove ice cubes when they are ready. Each tray has 10 different molds. The molds can be used for melted chocolates, juice-pops and more.

I remember visiting my grandma when I was a kid and we’d go say hi to her next-door-neighbor and I would be memorized by the large Lava Lamp. So awesome the company is still around a few decades later and not only has tons of different lava lamps, they also have night lights that look like Lava Lamps. They come in a few colors too.

For The Whole Family:
Enjoy the days off from school and some extra down time with movie night. Two new family-friendly releases are Pete’s Dragon and Finding Dory. Both by Disney. Available in Blu-Ray.
I remember this story as a kid. Now remade in modern times but still with magic.
Can’t wait to see if there will be a third on in the Finding Neno series. Maybe there will be a family? Or Marlin needs to be rescued? The second movie is just as good as the first in this new story of finding Dory.
