Turkey Gouda Pinwheels With Honey Mustard Sauce
I am so excited for autumn to finally be here! The weather is cooling off and it is football season! If you are into Monday night football, going to the games and having tailgate parties just want an amazing party dish than you have to check out this recipe. I found it online and did a little tweaking to make it something I knew my family would love. This is great for kids too and no utensils are needed.
For this recipe I used Colman’s Prepared Mustard. It is a fabulous mustard that is strong in flavor and very bold. Scroll down to the bottom to be able to print the recipe.

1/8 teaspoon of Garlic salt.
Lay out flat bread and thinly layer meat and cheese. Garnish with a little bell pepper. Roll up in sections, creating a pinwheel.
Pinch seam together (it helps to dampen fingers so the seams stick).
Add pinwheels to baking dish so they fill the whole thing.
Honey Mustard Sauce:
In a small bowl mix Colman’s Prepared Mustard, Mayonnaise, honey, ground red pepper and garlic salt.
Use a pastery brush to dip in sauce and brush across the top of the pinwheels. Add a generous layer.
Put dish in oven for 12-15 minutes or until everything is heated and the mustard has a nice golden hue. Serve immediately or save for later.
Honey mustard sauce can also be used as a dipping sauce if you are making the pinwheels at a party and don’t have an oven to heat them up.
Pinwheels can be stored in the fridge for up to two weeks in an air-tight container.
