Super Easy S’Mores Pie Recipe
This was a super easy and fun recipe to create. Kids can help too! Great for holiday parties or just a fun dessert. Great way to skip the mess and fire required for s’mores too. Everyone can have S’more pie without having to share the marshmallow stick. It took about 15 minutes to make it (besides refrigeration time) and it is definitely a keeper in our house. The recipe says it keeps up to 2 days, but I think eating it quicker is better. On the second day the bottom got a little runny (still tasted amazing but not as pretty). So eat it fast! Ingredients:
- 1 box instant chocolate pudding (3 oz).
- 1 cup milk.
- 1 cup whipped topping (I used Cool Whip).
- 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet work best).
- Few extra chocolate chips for garnish.
- 2 cups mini-marshmallows.
- Extra mini-marshmallows for garnish.
- 1 nine-inch graham cracker pie crust.

Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl whisk chocolate pudding mix and milk for 2-3 minutes until mixed and no clumps.
- Whisk in Cool Whip (don’t over mix).
- Add chocolate chips and mini-marshmallows.
- Pour mixture into graham cracker pie crust.
- Refrigerate 4+ hours.
- Remove pie from fridge.
Garnish with chocolate chips and mini-marshmallows. - Add Cool Whip on top for a nice look.
- Serve cold.
You can make this recipe your own by changing it around. Add shaved nuts, change the chocolate chips a mix of semi-sweet chocolate chips and white chocolate chips mixed together. Add a dash of cinnamon on top. Add a pretty mint leave on top. The possibilities are endless and this pie was really easy to make, quick too. Make sure you make it far enough ahead to allow time for it to refrigerate for at least four hours. My whole family loved this and it will definitely be a recipe I make a again soon.
