Exciting news for all Star Wars fans! Solo: A Star Wars Movie, is being released on Blue Ray, and Without further ado I will give you a few interesting facts to look for while watching the movie. The move is based on Hans Solo’s life (As if you diehard fans didn’t realize that!) It is set before he meets Luke and his crew. In the movie Hans delves into the depths of the underworld trying to expose a criminal ring that is seemingly headed by Darth Maul. (Oh, and as a side note, I had the privilege of meeting Darth Maul at a press junket.

- Bounty hunters, and legends, Aurra Sing and Bosk and the Zan sisters are mentioned in passing in this film.
- Much of this movie is based on stuff that has already happened, but that doesn’t take away from the entertainment, and still leaves diehard fans chomping at the bit to own a copy.
- Dryden Vos has a suit of Mandalorian armor hanging in his office. Also, Ron Howard placed an Indiana Johns Easter egg in the office as well.
- References to the Indiana Jones movies that are alluded to in some of the scenes are, treasures from the Sankara stone, the fertility Idol and the Chrystal scull.
- Lastly, the Falcon has had a makeover ranging from the sleeping quarters to the cloak room. The only thing that has not had a makeover is Lando’s bounty hunter helmet it is seen again in this move when Beckett uses it.

I got to meet Ray Parks (played Darth Maul) with some other bloggers. We got a demo of light saber fighting from him as well as some Q&A. He was very nice and down-to-earth. I love chatting with him.
I got to do some light saber fighting with him too. I also got to take some photos with Chewie!! He didn’t say much but was sweet. We got to take home a bag full of Star Wars swag too! I love the Chewie mask (talk and the mask makes Chewbacca
