- 1 cup of cooked, cut up chicken. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup.
- 1 cup of frozen veggie mix.
- 1 cup shredded medium cheddar cheese.
- 1/2 cup of salsa (Optional but it was good).
- 1 Tsp of minced onion.
- 1 Tsp of minced garlic.
- 1 tsp of your favorite seasoning.
- 1 can of Pillsbury Grands frozen Biscuits (or make your own biscuits).
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook chicken, let cook and cut in to small pieces. Let cool.
- In a bowl combine chicken, soup, veggies, cheese and seasoning.
- Lightly spray muffin tins and spread out 1/2 of the biscuit into the bottom and up the sides of the muffin tin.
- Spoon in the mixture to be level with the muffin tin.
- Top with cheese and stir in a tiny bit.
- Cook 12-15 minutes.
Everything mixed together.

These were a huge hit. The kids had seconds and thirds.
