DIY Avocado Mask For Hair & Face

 It’s easy to make a homemade avocado mask with ingredients from your kitchen.  They are great for your skin especially in dry weather. These masks are packed with minerals and will nourish and revitalize your skin.  This mask is good for dry skin, acne, and sensitive skin.  Do not use this if you have allergies to any of the ingredients.

Avocado Mask Ingredients

In a bowl mix together:

• 1/2 ripe avocado.
• 1 tablespoon Calpure Avocado Oil.
• 1 tablespoon coconut oil.
• 1 tablespoon honey.
• 1/2 teaspoon lemon oil or lemon juice.
• 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.

In a bowl smash avocado and mix ingredients well.  You can also put everything in a blender to have a smoother texture.

For face:

Wash with warm water.

Add Avocado Mask and rub into face.  Apply generously.

Leave on 10-15 minutes.

Rinse with warm water and pat dry.

For hair:

If you have long hair you might want to double the recipe.

• Take Avocado Mask and apply to hair from roots to tips.
• Rub in well, applying generously.
• Twist hair into loose bun on top of head and put on shower cap.
• Leave on for 10-15 minutes.
• Get in shower and wash hair with shampoo and conditioner.
