Christmas Book List For All Ages
I’ve always thought it was important to have books in the house. New books, ones borrowed from the library, ones from garage sales, best sellers, gifts, even ones we order that are yet to be released. I think reading, especially with children, is important for their vocabulary and learning level. Books should be treasured for the education and adventure they bring but also be plentiful. When my kids were young we would do two books (per kid) at bed time. One they’d read to me and one I’d read to them. We listened to audio books in the car. Always, always, always, they get books at Christmas. Same with my nieces and nephews and friend’s kids.
