My wonderful daughter helped me make these cookies.  Actually she did all of it.  I watched, chatted with her and took photos while she mixed and baked.  I love cookies, my whole family does.  For me they have to have chocolate in them.  I’m game to try new recipes and this is what we did with these chocolates from LovingEarth chocolates.  We received five different types of chocolate bars and decided to make cookies with each one.  Little about the chocolates.  They are:  Vegan. We did not use 100% vegan ingredients while making the cookies but the chocolates are vegan and some substitues can be made to make the whole batter vegan.

One huge (double) cookie batter separated into five bowls and then baked. Keeping tabs on which batter belongs to each LovingEarth chocolate bar. Chocolate chip cookie batter:

5 cups flour.

2 teaspoons baking soda.

1 teaspoon salt.

1 1/2 cup2 butter or margarine.

2 cups brown sugar.

1 cup white sugar.

4 eggs.

3 teaspoons vanilla extract (homemade recipe here).

About 5 cups of chopped LovingEarth chocolate.

Stir together dry ingredients.

In separate bowl mix wet ingredients.

Slowly add wet mix to the dry mix.

Separate into 5 bowls.

Mix 1 cup of chopped chocolates into each bowl.

Roll into small balls and put on cookie sheet.

Bake 375 for 8 minutes or until done.

Mades about 12 dozen.
