What is the best photo printing service? I use Amazon Prints!
Plus $1000 of Amazon Gift Cards to be Won!
I love printing photos. I like mailing them to my grandma and extended family, framing them and giving them to my parents for Mother’s Day and Father’s Day (especially photos of the grandkids) and I try to print them to have in an album so they aren’t only online or my cell phone. I just discovered Amazon has a photo printing service (who knew!) that allows customers to print their memories. Prim members can upload images to their prime photos account, print them and get free delivery. If you aren’t a Prime member you can get the service at a low price with free 5GB of storage. Photo printing prices start at only $0.09. You can print multiples, blow them up, make a calendar for your office, plan ahead for Christmas cards. With everyone using digital photography less photos are being printed. I know I’m guilty of it. But I regretted not printing photos when my cell phone broke and a friend lost her Facebook password and no longer had the email address for a password reset so had to create a new account- and lost all her photos. My sister’s computer quit and she almost lost over 10,000 photos. Besides backing up photos externally, it is always good to have photos printed.
Some things you can print with Amazon Prints:
- Photo books.
- Photo canvases.
- Large prints.
My grandma doesn’t have a computer or cell phone so I like to print photos to mail or bring to her when I visit her too.
Right now Amazon is providing gift card prizes for this giveaway!

DIY Mini Bath Bombs
I have found over the years some products made for babies that are still great to use as an adult. Call it life-hacks, if you will. With my busy schedule of taxi-mom, taking the kids to homeschool classes, music lessons, sports practices and more I often feel like I live in my car (and the front seat on my is my office). One product I am able to find at my neighborhood Walmart that I love to have is Johnson’s® Baby Bedtime Baby Lotion. It works great for dry skin, smells great and is hypoallergenic. I don’t have to worry about perfumy lotions that might bother others around me and I can keep it in my car or a travel-sized one in my purse.
I have sensitive skin and some lotions bother my skin or bother my allergies. The Bedtime Baby Lotion has been a product I have been using for almost 17 years now on my kids and my own skin without any problems.
At my local Walmart I was able to find the Bedtime Baby Lotion and a large variety of other Johnson & Johnson products in the baby section. I like buying from a reliable company that is there to meet an assortment of baby needs, from bath to bedtime. Speaking of bedtime, the lotion is also great to help sleep. Yes, it is for babies but who says adults can’t use it too, right? The lavender in it is a calming aroma and the lotion leaves the skin feeling soft and smooth. I like that I can go to Walmart and know exactly where to look for the lotion. I was able to grab it and a few small items and check out in less than 10 minutes.
Now I can use it for my own DIY Mini Bath Bombs. Great for a relaxing bath and nice way to end the day.
To make a bath bomb simply use these ingredients (whole thing is printable too).
1 cup baking soda.
½ cup citric acid.
½ cup Epson salt.
1 teaspoon water.
3 Tablespoons of Johnson’s® Baby Bedtime Lotion.
Small amount of red and blue food coloring (to make the bath bombs purple.
Get two small bowls. In one bowl mix the dry ingredients. In the second bowl mix the wet ingredients. Add in the food coloring to the wet ingredients and mix well. Slowly add in the wet ingredients to the dry and mix well.
Add the mix into molds. You can purchase bath bomb molds online but I used my mini-muffin tin for perfect small ones.
Let dry for 24 hours, remove and store in an airtight container.
“I have been compensated by Johnson’s® Baby for this post; however, I am sharing my own thoughts. All opinions are my own.”
